 Good morning class ,
Today we are going to start working with your speaking test .  Before starting dealing with the specific tasks you have to face for this exam , it is advisable to get familiar with some previous knowledge , vocabulary and expressions which might be helpful for most of your oral presentations .

 They may also be helpful for your intermediate speaking test . first , we are going to learn how to describe a picture . Click on 1 , 2 and 3 .

Well , now let's focus in some specific tasks you may have to face while describing a picture . For instance , describing people .

IMPORTANT . For those who are going to take the EOIES exam you have these video  which may come in handy for you .

 As we don't know what you would be requested to do , you might  be asked to compare two different pictures as they do in FCE or in the APTIS  tests .  Just in case , Check them out !! 

It is also advisable for you to have a look at entries 5, 6 and 7 as they provide you with a more complete set of vocabulary to achieve a more accurate description of people  .

Today we are going to start reading "The secret diary of Adrian Mole " .
The book was written in 1982 and the setting is in Sheffield in the 80's . So watch this video to have a slight idea of what Great Britain was in the 80's . Enjoy it !!!
